Loaded Baked Sweet Potato Soup

One of our most popular Paleo/AIP Soups is this Loaded Baked Potato Soup. We use Japanese White Sweet Potato, a nutrient-packed sweet potato varietal that tastes a LOT like a classic potato! We cook the sweet potato in a coconut cream sauce and meld the flavors of bacon, scallions, and garlic to make this incredible Autoimmune Protocol compliant dish.
Organic Japanese white sweet potato, coconut milk (organic coconut, purified water), organic free-range chicken stock, sugar-free bacon, scallions, garlic powder, sea salt
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption.
Reheating: Stovetop - Pour soup into a small saucepan and heat over low flame until hot (165°F). Microwave - Remove lid and heat for 2-3 minutes until hot all the way through (165°F).
