Another delicious AIP soup from the POTG Test Kitchen, Try some Italian Wedding Soup today! Italian Wedding Soup is a favorite among many that typically consists of vegetables, broth, and meatballs. Actually, isn't that most soups? Anyway, it would normally have orzo or some type of pasta in it. Our Chef developed this recipe using riced cauliflower to replace the pasta and the broth is our delicious chicken bone broth. It has a very fresh savory flavor from all the spinach, broth, and meatballs.
Organic free-range chicken stock, grass-fed beef, pastured pork, organic spinach, cauliflower, organic parsley, garlic, onion, nutritional yeast, sea salt
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption.
Reheating: Remove container from freezer and defrost in refrigerator. Stovetop - Pour soup into a small saucepan and heat over low flame until simmering (165°F). Microwave - Pour contents into a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 3 minutes until hot all the way through(165°F).
