This amazing cake will definitely make you say mmmm. A surprisingly wonderful treat, this two-layer dense vanilla cake is oozing with a Carob frosting. It's topped with the classic coconut vanilla icing you'll find on our Strawberry Vanilla Cake surrounded by creamy Carob dollops. Even if you have gut issues, this AIP approved cake allows you to have your cake and eat it too!

Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date. Can be held refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to consumption. Remove from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator, enjoy cold.
