Raspberry Cheesecake with Kiwi Sauce

Mmmmmmm cheesecake. Everyone loves cheesecake, right? Believed to have originated in ancient Greece cheesecake was served to the athletes at the first Olympic Games held in 776 B.C. So with cheese and eggs as ingredients, how can you possibly create an AIP "cheesecake"? Well, our Chef did with just a few simple ingredients. AIP and Keto (as long as you don't use the sauce) this cheesecake will become a summer favorite. Creamy and delicious with a simple kiwi sauce to go on top, this dessert is light, refreshing, and not too sweet. 
Raspberries, coconut cream, organic coconut manna, kiwi, grass-fed beef gelatin.
Thawing: Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to heating and consumption.

Reheating: Remove container and sauce packets from freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Eat cold. Do not heat.
