Peachberry Cobbler

It wouldn’t be fair to other “paleo” or “AIP” cobblers out there to compare this one to them. Sure, they may be tasty - but, our cobbler is playing in a league of its own. Our minds are blown and yours will be too.

And, what league is that? Well, if your grandma has ever made you a piping hot, gooey and crispy cobbler before, it’s safe to say this one is its little sister! Take a minute to close your eyes and think about the mouth-watering flavors gliding over your palette...the sweetness of the peaches, the savory of the crust, the tart berry mix in between… You know what would be perfect? Peachberry Cobbler
tigernut flour
coconut milk
palm shortening
tapioca flour
coconut sugar
arrowroot powder
lemon juice
organic apple cider vinegar
cream of tartar
baking soda
sea salt

Reheating Instructions:  Remove tray from freezer and defrost overnight in refrigerator.  Preheat oven to 350.  Remove film from container and cover with foil.  Put tray on baking sheet and reheat for 10-12 minutes until hot all the way through.  Microwaving not recommended. 

Tray is oven and microwave safe. 

**Our trays are not toaster oven safe.**

Receiving and Storage:  Must be received and stored frozen until “use-by” date.  May be held refrigerated up to 3 days prior to reheating and consumption.
